I am exhausted... Since the 'holidays' started, I have been busier than ever.. Thr first week I was down for courses and for the past two days, I spent the whole day discussing, brainstorming iand reflecting on school practices... Today, we ended at 6.15pm... I was mentally and physically tired.. felt nauseous... I always feel nauseous when I feel fatigued.
I look forward to tomorrow.. finally some 'ME' time.. I intend to give my dogs the attention they deserve.. I have been neglecting them the past week... I also plan to go to Orchard Road to buy some stuff.
I have gotten back the ASP survey results and I would like to thank all my pupils for their valuable feedback. They have been constructive and positive. Thank you everyone! I will try to incorporate more ICT and cooperative strategies in our lessons. When school reopens I will get my pupils to do more in-depth reflection on English lessons.

As my puppy has been quite sickly, I have been cleaning her play pen and my home with all sorts of detergents which claim to be able to exterminate all germs and bacteria! To my horror, I read that a lot of these chemicals are harmful to health! I realise that I have been posioning poor Kaylan! She lies on the floor.. She eats from the floor sometimes and yet I wash the floor with harsh chemicals and detergent!
Hence, I did some research. I found some interesting organic,safe products that I can use to clean my home. Also, I realise that vinegar and baking soda are excellent cleaning agents. I have used them to deodorise my home.. It's natural and safe!
